These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Printed Pints (“we”, “us”, “our”) and
the customer (“you”, “your”) for the hire and use of our pint-printing machines and services.
By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Refund Policy

• To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover preparation and reserve your date exclusively.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your event, or earlier if preferred.
• Postponements are possible: deposits can be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are clearly stated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed in advance.
• Full payment must be received before or at the time of machine collection/delivery.

3. Use of Equipment

• The machine is designed for use on foam-topped drinks or edible surfaces.
• Guests can upload photos or use preloaded designs, provided they are suitable for printing.
• You are responsible for using the machine safely and respectfully.
• Any damage caused to the machine while in your possession may incur charges.

4. Delivery, Collection & Setup

• Delivery, setup, and collection times will be confirmed in advance.
• Our team ensures the machine is fully operational before leaving the venue.
• Collection must occur at the agreed time unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• For postponements, deposits can be transferred per the policy above.
• If we cannot fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

6. Liability

• Printed Pints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the machine.
• While we take every precaution to ensure reliability and quality, technical issues beyond our control (e.g., power outages, venue restrictions) may occur.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Data & Media

• Photos and designs uploaded by guests are used only for printing at your event.
• All media will be permanently deleted after the event.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming your booking with Printed Pints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
